I have always felt a sense of rebellion but I continually find myself doing things "the right way" with no success. I have always questioned social norms and trends and instead, bushwhacked my own path forward. I have a superpower called ADHD that has, for most of my life, held me back in education, careers and more. But because of that ADHD I have thousands of interests, hundreds of hobbies, and dozens of career paths that have taught me my most valuable lessons and also skills.
I am a self taught cook with a love of food (my waistline can attest to that). I have always loved to cook and from a young age I found myself inventing recipes and trying to impress my audiences. I have a deep appreciation for food theory and building flavor combinations that I think are unique, intriguing, and delicious. I pull inspiration from all different cultural cuisines, as well as traditional methods and viral food trends. and let's not forget the obvious inspiration-- Bob's Burgers (jk... but actually).
For many years I've heard the echoing responses from people who try my food that I should open a restaurant or food truck. While the end result may become something entirely different, for now that is my goal. With negative zero dollars to my name, I am starting from nothing to see what I can grow from unconventional methods.Wish me luck!
